The Kroisos will play in Ylivieska, Sun Pampas-festival 19th of June as well as earlier announced Iisrokki 29th of May. In Iisrokki band s official Vieraileva Tähti, Anssi Koivuranta, will be on stage as well. It is still unclear whether Anssi will be rocking the stage in Sun Pampas. Check www.sunpampas.fi for other artists…
There will be other adds to summer calendar, and will be announced as soon as things get confirmed.

Yeah, so we three, Jussi, Opa and me, left Kuopio early in the morning on thursday. Flew to Warsaw from where Igor, dj and producer himself, picked us up and we drove to Zakopane, arrived around 8-9 pm. Then we ate dinner with Michal (clubowner) and Igor and Roza and took visit to club to meet our polish bandmember Magdalena. M and M gave us info about friday, lots of media things to do in our scale.
Early on friday morning we took of to soundcheck giving tv-interviews there. Ville joined us there too. at 11 am we gathered to hotel, where media conference was held. some 5-10 reporters were there and all went smoothly and well and we had ablast, cause yeah, i guess we enjoy these things for sure.
Barbara came in before gig to fix merch ready, thanks B for doing it this weekend. Fridays gig was nice, i had bad day not musically but feeling was not the best, but other 3 were enjoying thou we had some sound troubles on stage in the beginning. Audience was well prepared and we had some nice singing moments there. maybe a bit over 200 ppl including 50 mediappl was on the place. After gig not much partying, just few beers and off to hotel, where we sat together with Jussi and Opa nearby fireplace, talking til early in the morning.
Saturdays gig gave us real good feeling. one of the best feelings we ve had ever. for this weekend we decided that before gigs, there cant be any beer involved, so these were first gigs sober. I know, we have ruined some shows with partying and since we aint really good players, we should be sharp… and so we were. wonderful athmosphere and more ppl in than on friday. Really good show in our point of view. playing good, singing good we enjoyed with our every cell.
Everything went perfectly well, trip was organized in most professional way by Michal and co. Him and Magda had made things easy for media to catch up. Also Michal, his Roza, Igor, Magda and ppl in hotel were perfect for us. We feel so grateful for all. From this trip we dont have credit card empty and feelings are strong, motivation high and everything…
Sorry for fanclub about late information about the gigs, but it was Michal s great idea to release info late and have real mediathing going on. You must understand that we have to spread wings more and sometimes we have to try things. Now it worked out, media was interested. You have to hope that we become bigger and not wish against that! sometimes we feel that some of the keymembers want to keep this as small thing “just for us”…
Anyway we played on friday older VT-tunes and ep stuff and on saturday we had whole panda eyes played plus few older songs. Panda Eyes was for the first time ever nice to play cause we made needed changes into it to sound better live. Monday was a blast to play and during Love song solo Ville and audience jumped up and down and it was fucking wild. Coming soon as totally neverrecorded song had really good reactions from audience, cool. wonder why we didnt put that song into panda. well maybe we ll have it in next one…if there will ever be one. I know ville has some great songs inside his head and I and Olli discussed early on sunday morning, that we should co write some old demos again…

Club Ampstrong and ppl around, Michal, Igor and all, thank you for inviting us there and taking care of us. Best weekend ever around music biz for us. Meg, thanks for doing all the important stuff again.
Now we re having break, maybe writing songs, even recording, lets see… Next gig will most probably be Iisrokki with our special guest Anssi.

Sometimes waves are high, sometimes it is calm. And like us, who are sitting in the sea in a tiniest crappy boat, high waves hit hard… There are things to deal, which are not to be announced since some things are personal and should remain so. Anyway, to stop the band is no longer an issue, maybe it was so for 1 hour. We, selfish bastards, will work things out. I dont know when there will be any good news to share but we ll surely tell you then.
